Terms

• Before you contact me

  I will only accept commissions from clients that align with my vision and principles. Please plan in some waiting time. Commissions may be fast tracked for an additional fee. I won't work with Christians, Deathcore / Metalcore, Nazi Sh*t, or any project I simply don't like.

• Inquiry / Process

  Please provide infos about your project, such as links to music etc. Explain as exactly as possible what you are looking for (send links, examples, etc.). Please don't forget to mention any deadlines or third parties involved.
  Based on the information you will receive a quote and an estimated timeline. A 50% downpayment is mandatory. I will create a draft which can be optimized. After your approval I will finalize the artwork and if needed will send previews of the progress. The finished art will be send after the payment is complete.

• Communication

  Email is preferred. I will reply within two work days unless otherwise stated and expect the same from my clients. Any delays will jeopardize the given timeframe.

• Artwork adjustments

  As soon as I start finalizing the approved draft, radical changes won’t be possible. Any edits at this point will result in additional cost. The final artwork has to be used as approved. Any alteration is not allowed.

• Payment

  I accept PayPal. PayPal fees have to be paid by the client. 50% downpayment is required and not refundable after a sketch is provided. The final payment has to be made within a week.

• Files

  Once the artwork is paid in full, you will receive all files to a provided email address via a wetransfer download link.

• Copyright / Credit / Use of artwork

  Misanthropic-Art holds the copyright to the artwork. Misanthropic-Art needs to be credited in writing. The artwork must be used as it is described in your inquiry. For any other use you have to get approval. You are not allowed to alter or change the artwork. Misanthropic-Art might sell art prints of the artwork.
